Where to Park in NYC

As every New Yorker knows, parking in the Big Apple may be a veritable nightmare. Instead of wondering every single day where to park in NYC, most locals tend to ride the yellow cabs or the subway to get to where they wish to go within the city.  Doing so would save them from having to worry about where to find convenient parking spaces and worrying about parking meters, or dealing with parking tickets.  After a few unproductive hours on the street searching for available parking space, and after figuring out the myriad traffic and parking regulations, taxis and subways are becoming downright genius ideas. This is especially true after having to wait in line to pay a parking ticket, or worse, having to shell out an insane amount of cash to claim a towed vehicle.

But for those who prefer to drive their own car in New York City, it may not always be easy but it does have its own set of advantages. As you know, hailing a cab on a Friday night can be quite difficult and you could very well spend a fortune on taxi rides too if you do it frequently. In any case, here are some bits of information on where to park in NYC.
